California......

Last year, my mom, Kirstin and I went to California with Jackie, McKell and her kids. Jackie's friend Margo invited us and I was really skeptical at first - we would be camping on the beach and I'm really not the camping type - but it ended up being so much fun! All we had to do was walk across a tiny little parking lot and you were at the beach. We camped in tents in a campground but there were bathrooms and showers (you did have to pay to shower but oh well). The beach there is so beautiful, it's in Carpinteria which is in Central Cali. I'm dying to go back! We are hopefully going to go again this year, but I don't know yet. Anyway, if you ever get the chance to go there, GO!

Back Home

Well I am back in good ol' Mapleton for the summer. It is nice to be home, I can save some money, eat good food and hang with my family. There are some not so fun things, but I think that is going to change before too long, so that will be nice. :)

Lately I have been in the mood for AAR. Their new cd "When the World Comes Down" has some really good songs on it - I love "Gives You Hell" but my favorite is "Mona Lisa."

Well, as for schools...I'm pretty decided that I will be attending Snow College this fall. I never ever ever thought that I would be one to live in Ephraim, Utah, and I'm still a little weary but I will be roommates with my good friend Sheena so I know that it will be fun. Next year I think I'm going to go somewhere a little more exotic, but we will see.

I have been wanting to go to Europe FOREVER. Especially to England. I found a killer deal on expedia and I was going to go this May - for only $996 including a hotel and roundtrip flight for two weeks, but couldn't afford it. But, I am going to go next summer and it will be so awesome I can't wait.

My grandpa is such a dirty old man. ;) In fact, the comment my grandma made was very funny, but I'm not going to publish it.

We are into Strawberry Genitalia in the Walter's family. Haha, this strawberry is now in the freezer - so that everyone can see the strawberry with bazoombas.
